The Time Surveyor is a stunning Howard Miller tripod floor clock with unique design elements.

Tripod Design: The tripod design of this unique clock with metal accents finished in antique brass is inspired by the classic land surveyor's equipment stand for a theodolite. The fixed-height legs feature a Rustic Cherry finish on select hardwoods and veneers, lightly distressed for an aged appearance.

Unique Face: This tripod floor clock's stationary aged dial features black Roman numerals, a minute track with Arabic numerals, and black finished spade hands. A wide antique brass bezel with rivet detailing frames the dial, behind convex glass. The antique brass-finished pendulum bob is suspended on a wood stick finished in lightly distressed Rustic Cherry.

Quartz Movement: Quartz, triple-chime Harmonic movement requires two C and two D sized batteries. This clock plays your choice of full Westminster or Ave Maria chimes with strike on the hour with 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 chimes accordingly. Customize the chimes to play the Westminster chime and strike on the hour only or Bim Bam chime on the hour only. The clock features volume control and an automatic nighttime chime shut-off option.

Howard Miller: Founded in 1926 and still family-owned in its third generation, Howard Miller is the world's leading clock company and a respected brand name in fine specialty furnishings such as curio cabinets, wine & bar furnishings, custom storage cabinets, and SmartMoves® adjustable height desks.

Furniture can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new furniture should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.
